Selain karena gaya berbusananya yang vulgar dan gaya panggungnya yang mengandung pornoaksi, Lady Gaga ditentang kedatangannya di berbagai negara juga lantaran lagu berjudul "Judas" yang dinilai sebagian kelompok sebagai menghina Tuhan.
Di Filipina, misalnya, kelompok Biblemode Youth Philippines menunjuk lagu "Judas" secara vulgar telah menghina Tuhan.
Kelompok religius di Filipina bahkan berencana menggelar doa bersama pada Sabtu besok hingga sang bintang mendarat di Manila. Mereka menyebut sang artis sebagai seniman absurd yang anti Kristus.
Tak jelas, bagian lirik mana dari lagu itu yang disebut menghina Tuhan. Tapi ada satu penggalan lirik berbunyi ....
